We produce video courses and other copy/downloadable contents for educational purpose. We provide a free trial for all courses so that students can evaluate if the courses are helpful for them. Once a student makes an informed decision to buy the courses, we encourage the students to complete their course and get certified. Fees are not refundable and courses cannot be exchanged. Although, existing students can avail special discounts on their next courses. Amendment in Policy

This Refund Policy shall remain effective from 1st January 2020. The Skill Sets has the ultimate right to make any necessary changes to the policy as we may deem fit. Such modification shall be made known to all the site users immediate after the change via website notifications.
